1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and ctg44 (hereinafter "ctg44", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the ctg44 online platform, accessible at ctg44.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (hereinafter collectively "the Platform").

The Platform provides online casino gaming, sports betting (including cricket), live dealer table games, and related entertainment services to eligible adult players based in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all areas of the Platform, including but not limited to the casino lobby, sportsbook, live dealer section, account management, deposit and withdrawal functions, bonus and promotions system, and customer support channels.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall govern and shall be the authoritative text in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ctg44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the ctg44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or other legal entity.

• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had your account closed for a violation of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification

ctg44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age from any player at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when our internal compliance systems flag an account for review. Acceptable forms of age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document bearing the player's photograph and date of birth.

Until age verification is completed to ctg44's satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict access to certain features, hold pending withdrawals, or suspend the account. If age verification conclusively demonstrates that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ctg44 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located at the time of access. ctg44 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. 3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on the ctg44 Platform at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where ctg44 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, winnings may be voided, and balances may be forfeited. The player will be notified of any such action.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ctg44 account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

ctg44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform: government-issued photo identification (NID or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account details). ctg44 will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via the email address registered to your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the ctg44 Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum single-deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may be subject to enhanced verification checks. Deposits are credited to your ctg44 wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ctg44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by ctg44's payments team during operating hours. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within one to four hours; bank transfers within the same business day. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit may require additional identity verification. ctg44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

ctg44 is committed to preventing the Platform from being used for money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity. Deposits must be made from accounts held in the player's own name. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction, to freeze funds pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players who deposit funds without genuine intent to use them for gaming purposes, or who exhibit patterns of play designed to convert funds rather than to engage in genuine wagering, are in breach of these Terms.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

ctg44 offers a variety of bonus and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all ctg44 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your ctg44 account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of ৳20,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; bonus funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. ctg44 reserves the right to decline any bonus request or to withdraw a bonus from an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing wagers designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, using software to manipulate bonus outcomes, or coordinating wagering activity with other players to collectively exploit a promotion.

5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

ctg44 periodically runs promotions tied to major Bangladeshi events and sporting seasons, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the IPL. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer becomes active. ctg44 is not obligated to run any specific promotion and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or accounts.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specified game or games stated in the promotion.
• ctg44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of ctg44 is final.
• ctg44 is not responsible for any technical failure that prevents a player from fulfilling a wagering requirement due to game downtime or connectivity issues outside ctg44's control, provided that reasonable remediation steps are taken.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

The ctg44 Platform offers a range of gaming and betting products, each governed by the rules of the relevant game or market in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or betting market before wagering.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the ctg44 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games use independently certified random number generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the relevant governing body's regulations, bets will be settled in accordance with ctg44's standard cricket betting rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference. ctg44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of corrupt activity, or where the integrity of the event cannot be assured.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly quoted odds, incorrect display of game outcomes, software errors, or data feed failures — ctg44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. ctg44 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly. No player has the right to exploit a manifest error, and any winnings derived from a manifest error may be voided and reclaimed by ctg44.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctg44 Platform. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Register more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, verification, or any communication with ctg44.
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allow a minor to access the Platform using your account credentials.
• Engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or misrepresentation of payment method ownership.
• Use the Platform for any money-laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to access or interact with the Platform in a non-standard way, including for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other player's account, any system or network used by ctg44, or any third-party service integrated with the Platform.
• Engage in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event, or to exploit any bonus or promotional offer.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate any ctg44 customer support agent or other member of staff in any communication channel.
• Publish, transmit, or otherwise distribute any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful content via any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Exploit any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software for personal gain, and failing to report any such bug to ctg44 promptly upon discovery.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ctg44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without advance notice, where ctg44 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is engaged in, or suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegal activity in connection with the Platform.
• The player's account has been accessed by an unauthorised party and suspension is necessary to protect the player's funds.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to ctg44, its other players, its payment partners, or its game suppliers.
• The player has failed to complete required identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under ctg44's Responsible Gaming policy.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ctg44 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text address — not a link). Upon receipt of a closure request, ctg44 will process the request within 48 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements — will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and take effect within one hour of the request being confirmed.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, whether initiated by you or by ctg44, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any active bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits associated with the account will be forfeited. Pending bets that have already been accepted by the Platform will be settled in accordance with these Terms and any resulting winnings credited to your account balance before the final balance is returned to you, where applicable.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ctg44's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ctg44 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ctg44 shall not in any circumstances be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ctg44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we strongly encourage you to contact ctg44's customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. ctg44 is committed to dealing with all complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. Formal dispute resolution procedures are available where informal resolution is not possible; details are available from our support team.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date and who continue to use the Platform are deemed to have accepted the current version of these Terms.
